Precision Metal Recovery: Following the demolition, we deployed a high-powered hydraulic magnet. This allows us to effectively separate the steel rebar from the concrete rubble. By extracting the metal onsite, we ensure a cleaner waste stream and prepare materials for immediate recycling.
On-site Crushing and Reuse: Sustainability is at the core of our operations at Shillibiers Ltd. The processed concrete was crushed down to 6F5 specification. By converting site waste into a certified secondary aggregate, we provided the customer with a high-quality, reusable material, significantly reducing their requirement for virgin aggregates and transportation costs.
